STP 6 is the most commonly used between STP Alloy grades. STP 6 is a Cobalt-based alloy composed of 27%-31% chrome, 3.5%-5.5% Tungsten, 0.9%-1.4% Carbon, mass 3% Nickel, mass 1.5% Silicon and mass 3%Iron. It has excellent high-temperature, wear and corrosion resistance at the same time.

STP 6 is the most widely used wear-resistant cobalt-based alloy and performs well. It can be made in various shapes, like rods, sheets, tubes, bushes, sleeves, and balls.

STP 6 rods can be made in many kinds of sizes, whether rough rods or machined rods, whether big or small size, and whether longer or shorter…SYTOP can supply any customized size for you.

STP 6 rods are hard to produce if the length is over 1 meter. We have experience producing long rods of cobalt alloy.
