SYTOP applies documented inspection steps from raw-material receipt through powder mixing, pressing, sintering, machining, and final inspection. Chemical composition is checked with material analyzers and a handheld spectrometer against the applicable material specification. Dimensional inspection, hardness testing, surface-roughness testing, and CMM inspection are performed when required by the customer drawing or order. Material certificates and inspection reports can be supplied according to the agreed documentation requirements.
