The Advantage of Cobalt Alloy Cutting Blade.

STP alloy is one kind of cobalt-based superalloy; STP series alloys have excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance; it is the first choice for many harsh and severe wear applications; it is wildly used in the production process of cellulose fiber viscose staple fiber and Tencel, especially in the cutting process. Through a large amount of research and production practice, combined with the application environment, our company invented a special alloy suitable for the viscose cutting environment, the material TP80.

• TP80-42:  C: 1.5～1.7%, Mn: ≤1%, Si: ≤1%, Cr: 26～31%, Ni: 4～8, Mo: 1～2%, W: 4.5～7%, Co: Bal., Others: Nb 4～6/Cu  0.5～2, HRC42-44
• TP80-44:  C: 1.7～1.9%, Mn: ≤1%, Si: ≤1%, Cr: 26～31%, Ni: 4～8, Mo: 1～2%, W: 4.5～7%, Co: Bal., Others: Nb 4～6/Cu  0.5～2, HRC44-46
• TP80-46:  C: 1.9～2.0%, Mn: ≤1%, Si: ≤1%, Cr: 26～31%, Ni: 4～8, Mo: 1～2%, W: 4.5～7%, Co: Bal., Others: Nb 4～6/Cu  0.5～2,HRC46-48
• TP80-48:  C:2.1～2.2%, Mn: ≤1%, Si: ≤1%, Cr: 26～31%, Ni: 4～8, Mo: 1～2%, W: 4.5～7%, Co: Bal., Others: Nb 4～6/Cu  0.5～2, HRC48+

TP80 is produced by powder metallurgy process to refine and grain to improve the mechanical properties.
