Fiber formation is the key process in the blowing glass wool production line, and the centrifuge is the critical component in the fiber formation process. The molten glass wool is spun out through the aperture of the high-speed rotating centrifuge to form glass wool. Spinners are mostly made of nickel-based or cobalt-based high-temperature alloys, with high-temperature durable fracture strength and high-temperature creep resistance, excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, molten glass corrosion and erosion resistance, and good machining performance.
Our testing equipment and quality control system allow us to provide excellent and stable quality from batch to batch. The spinners will be tested for chemical compositions, physical and mechanical properties, and dynamic balance before delivery.
